If you
are interested in becoming a member of the Indianapolis Southside
Chapter you must first either become or already be a National H.O.G
member.
In
order to become a National H.O.G member, please call (800) 258-2464 or
visit
http://www.harley-davidson.com
and select the following; "Riders" -> "Harley Owners Group" -> "Join
Now." This website will walk you through joining the National Harley
Owners Group (H.O.G.).
Once you
have joined National H.O.G, please visit us at a Chapter Meeting to
join the Indianapolis Southside Chapter (look for the date and time of
the next Chapter meeting by selecting "Home" from the Navigation bar
to the left or note the date/time from the Messages box in the right
hand column) or contact Lori at the Indianapolis Southside
Harley-Davidson Dealership. The cost for full membership to the
Chapter is $20.00 and an associate membership is $10.00.
Please open
the Membership Enrollment Form below. With the form open please type
in your information, when completed, select the "Print" button from
the tool bar in Adobe Reader -OR- from the "File" menu and the form with the completed information will be
printed. Bring the completed form with you to the dealership or Chapter meeting to
enroll in the chapter.
